Laura Marling

Laura Marling has created a new online animated poem called The Beast.

The UK singer composed the poem to accompany her song of the same name for her third studio album, ‘The Creature I Do Not Know’.

Marling worked with illustrator Shynola and creative agency Studio Juice on the animated poem.

Marling’s record label, Virgin, described the poem as a rolling animation that combines new album artwork with narration from Gill Landry (The Old Crow Medicine Show).
