N.E.R.D will headline this year’s Aussie music festival Pyramid Rock.

The American act, fronted by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, will lead a growing list of international and local acts for the New Year’s Eve.

Fellow international acts to join the festival are Arrested Development, Chromeo, Mystery Jets, Trentemoller, Lightspeed Champion, Built To Spill, Shout Out Louds, Tinie Tempah, Future of the Left, Born Ruffians, Neon Indian.

Local acts added to the bill are The Temper Trap, Xavier Rudd, Gyroscope, Little Red, Miami Horror, Liam Finn (NZ), Basement Birds, Philadelphia Grand Jury, Gypsy & The Cat, Jebediah, Tumbleweed, Urthboy, Oh Mercy, Violent Soho, The John Steel Singers, Hororshow, Lowrider, Split Syndicate, and Hungry Kids of Hungary.

The Pyramid Rock Festival will be held on Wednesday 29 December 2010 to Saturday 1 January 2011.
