78 Saab will release a new album later this year.

The Sydney outfit will release ‘Good Fortune’ on 15 October.

The album will be released on the band’s new record label, Other Tongues and is the band’s first release in three years.

Good Fortune was recorded with Tim Whitten (Powderfinger, The Go-Betweens, Hoodoo Gurus, Augie March).

78 Saab signed with Other Tongues earlier this month.

They join fellow artists You Am I, Lisa Miller, Jinja Safari, and Scott Spark.
