The Grates

The Grates are set to head into the studio to begin work on a new album.

The Brisbane band, who are in New York, plan to bunkering down to work on their third studio album later this month.

Before their time in the studio, The Grates will play one last live show.

“This will be our last show for ages. We’re talking ‘recording’,” a post from the band said.

“Seriously. Actually, I can guarantee you this will be our last show for at least four months.”

The Grates have released two studio albums, Teeth Lost, Hearts Won and Gravity Won’t Get You High.
