Washington will release their much anticipated debut album this month.

The Brisbane band will release ‘I Believe You, Liar’ on 30 July.

Washington, led by singer Megan Washington, will release their debut record at this year’s Splendour in The Grass festival.

The first single off the new album is ‘Sunday Best’

Comment on the songs on her debut, Washington said: “I see them as sonic Polaroids, they all belong together.”

Washington will tour in support of the new album this August.
