Cut Copy has finished recording material for their third studio album.
Late last week, the Melbourne band announced they have finished laying down new tracks in their makeshift warehouse studio on the outskirts of Melbourne.
Cut Copy will now mix their as yet titled new album with Ben Allen (Gnarls Barkley).
Meanwhile, the band will make their return to the Australian music scene at this year’s Parklife festival.
Cut Copy’s performance at the September festival will be the band’s first live Australian gig in almost two years.
The band will be joined at the festival by local and international acts including The Dandy Warhols, Missy Elliott and Bloc Party lead singer Kele Okereke.
