LCD Soundsystem

LCD Soundsystem will release its new album in Australia this May.

The US outfit will release its untitled third album on May 14.

The new as yet titled album was recorded at The Manshun in Los Angeles and the DFA studios in New York and mixed at DFA from April 2009 through February 2010.

The album was written and produced by James Murphy, with additional mixes by Dave Sardy.

The new album is the follow up to the band’s 2007 release, Sound Of Silver.
