John Butler Trio

The John Butler Trio (JBT) has released the cover art for their new album.

The West Australian band will release ‘April Uprising’ in Australia on 26 March.

The album has already scored international release dates in New Zealand, America, Canada, Europe and Japan.

April Uprising is the first full -ength studio release from the band since 2007’s Grand National.

It is also the first album for Butler and his new bandmates.

In June last year Butler announced Melbourne musician Nicky Bomba (drums and percussion) and bass player Byron Luiters from Sydney outfit Ray Mann Three as new members of his trio.
