Whitley has released the title of his much anticipated new studio album.
The Melbourne singer will release, Go Forth, Find Mammoth, on October 30.
The new album was written and produced by Whitley and engineered in a studio on the Victorian Coast.
Producer Scott Horscroft (The Panics/The Presets) mixed the album at Big Jesus Burger in Sydney.
While Whitley tackled most instrumentation, he invited Midnight Oil’s Rob Hirst (drums) and Jim Moginie (organ/vocals) to help out on the album.
The first single off the new album will be “Head, First, Down”.
The single will be released digitally on October 9.
Whitley’s new album, Go Forth, Find Mammoth, is the follow up from his debut, The Submarine.
