British India are set to release the first single off their much anticipated new album.

Vanilla is the first single from the Melbourne band’s forthcoming third album.

To mark the release of Vanilla, British India will head out on a 30 date national tour.

The tour will see the band travel to all major cities and regional towns in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, West Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.

British India are recording their as yet titled new album at Melbourne’s Sing Sing Studios.

The new album is the follow up to last year’s record, Thieves.

The as yet titled new album is expected to be released in March next year.
