The Red Paintings have released a new track to their myspace page.

The track has been lifted from the Brisbane band’s debut album, The Revolution Is Never Coming.

The track is one of the newly mixed songs mixed by Steve Chahley and Trash Mcsweeney at DNA studios in Toronto, Canada.

Commenting on the album, Mcsweeney said: “It’s taken me over two years now to finish this new album.

“I’ve travelled around the globe trying to chase a vision that was being lost and neglected in previous mixes and found myself falling down the rabbit hole so many times but finally we are nearing an end. My ears are starting to burn out once again from being in studio’s weeks on end and I need your help.

“Many of you helped me create this record so its only fair to have your opinion on this freshly mixed track; it’s a bit of a journey song.”

The track will be available for a 24-hour preview only on Monday August 3rd and will not be downloadable.

The Red Painting’s new album, The Revolution Is Never Coming, will be released next year.

The new track will be available for preview from www.myspace.com/theredpaintings
