Youth Group has inked an international deal with World’s Fair Label Group.

The Sydney band now joins an artist stable including Jarvis Cocker, Dandy Warhols, Devendra Banhart, and Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings.

The band’s international signing comes as Youth Group are added to next year’s US music showcase event, South By South West (SXSW).

Youth Group were handpicked from more than 10,000 applicants world wide.

While in the US, the band will play a number of shows in New York.

Meanwhile, Youth Group have been added to the line-up of next January’s Big Day Out event.

Youth Group released their latest album, The Night Is Ours, earlier this year.

The band’s new single, In My Dreams, is currently gaining national radio play.

The Night Is Ours is available through Ivy League Records.
