The Prodigy will release their fifth studio album, Invaders Must Die, early next year.

The UK outfit will release the record on their own label, Take Me To The Hospital, in February.

Invaders Must Die is The Prodigy’s first album since the release of Fat of The Land in 1997.

Australian crowds will get a taste of the new album in January next year when The Prodigy tour the country as part of the Big Day Out festival.

The Prodigy will also play a limited number of solo sideshows.

The tour will be the band’s first Australian tour since 2005.

Invaders Must Die will be released through Cooking Vinyl/Shock Records on February 28.
