Lily Allen has released the tracklisting for her upcoming new album.

The UK singer will release her much anticipated second album (with the confirmed title), It’s Not Me, It’s You, on February 7, 2009.

The album features 12 new tracks and is the follow up to her debut, Alright Still.

The first single off the new album will be, The Fear.

The single is due for release on January 24.

There are unconfirmed reports Allen will tour Australia next year as part of an extensive tour.
