The former drummer of Blink 182 and friend Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, were the only survivors of a late-night Learjet crash over the weekend in South Carolina.
The extent of Barker and Goldstein’s injuries is not known, though reports suggest both were left badly burnt by the crash.
Four other passages on the plane were killed.
According to international media reports, the four victims have been identified as pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim, California; her copilot, James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, California; Barker’s assistant, Chris “Little Chris” Baker, 29, of Studio City, California; and Barker’s security guard Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles, California.
The plane was on its way to Van Nuys, California.
Barker and Goldstein were performing together under the name TRVSDJ-AM and were returning home after playing a concert in Columbia with Gavin DeGraw and former Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell, reports said.
Barker is best known as a member of 1990s rock outfit Blink 182.
Blink 182 split up in Febuary 2005.
