Organisers of Australia’s travelling hip hop event, Block Party, have confirmed the event will be back in 2008.

Now in its fifth instalment, Block Party will extend its reach when this year, with Perth, Canberra and Byron bay added to the May event.

Block Party currently tours to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Melbourne.

Artists for this year’s event are: Pegz, Downsyde, Drapht, Muph & Plutonic, Chasm, Spit Syndicate, Bias B, Reason, Hyjak N Torcha, DJ Bonez, Tommy Illfigga, Jeswon, Dialectrix, DJ 2Buck, mdusu&dameza with more to be announced.
