Dickinson was involved in writing for the film, Chemical Wedding, which is slanted for cinema release later this year.
The film was directed by Dickinson’s co-writer Julian Doyle. Chemical Wedding will have its debut screening at this year’s Cannes Film Festival on May 17.
The film stars Simon Callow as Professor Haddo a reincarnated Aleister Crowley who was once dubbed the most evil man in Britain.
This is not the first time Doyle and Dickinson have worked together. Doyle has written and directed the promotional video for ‘Can I Play With Madness’.
Meanwhile, Iron Maiden’s record label EMI will release a special album entitled, Somewhere Back in Time, to chart the first decade of the UK band’s career.
