The Datsuns will release two new tracks this month on a limited edition vinyl record.

The Kiwi band’s new record is only available at their upcoming New Zealand and Australian shows.

The Datsuns will play a number of hometown gigs before travelling across the Tasman to Australia.

The band’s homecoming and Aussie shows come after a long absence from the group who are now basing themselves in the UK.

There’s no word yet on whether The Datsuns will use the shows to test run new material. They released their last album, Smoke and Mirrors in 2006.

Though with the band jetting back to the US following their Australian shows, its possible a new album is in the works.
