Hilltop Hoods has become the first local music outfit to co-design a range of sneakers.

The South Australian group has teamed with DC Shoes International to design a range of shoes.

“All hip hop heads love sneakers, we’re no exception, so this project was an incredible opportunity for us,” Hilltop Hoods MC Suffa said.

They worked with graffiti artist Adrock (RCF), illustrator John Engelhardt and designer Ben Funnell on the design.

Hilltop Hoods were involved in the selection of the shoe model, fabrics, techniques, colours, and designing custom graphics for the shoe and the packaging.

The actual look of the shoe will remain a mystery, with pre orders available now.
