Radiohead producer teams with Howling Bells

The Aussie outfit is working with producer Nigel Godridge (Radiohead, Beck, AIR) and Dan Grech at LA’s Sound Factory studios.
The new album will be the group’s second album, following up to their 2006 self-titled debut.
“After a hectic 6 months of writing, demoing, planning and eventually contract signing….we’ve finally made our way over to the smogy depths of LA,” the band said.
“It’s been so cool to just play music everyday, with the sole purpose of capturing the most wonderful, inspiring and emotional sounds we can. Of course we’re only at the very very beginning of the record, but so far feels like everyone is completely immersed in what’s going on!”
Godridge worked on Radiohead’s 2000 album Kid A.
